Nice restaurant right off the highway. Friendly staff and great eats. My little ones devoured the kids hamburgers while wife had the Philly cheesesteak and I had the chicken fried steak. Great down-home cooking! Their desserts are all made there also, so we tried the White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake....yum! If you're coming through, definitely stop by.

We are traveling through to AZ. My husband loves stopping at local cafes. Tammy Lou's popped up. After looking at reviews we decided that would be our lunch place. What a gem of a find. TL's had great, inexpensive home cooked food. The coffee lived up to its reputation as the best coffee in town. My husband said the coffee was better than the Starbuck's coffee he had that morning. That is high praise coming from him. The waitress was exceptional and provided comic entertainment. If the " food is up" bell was tapped more than once the waitress would holler " I'm coming!" We didn't get to meet Tammy Lou. The waitress came close enough- she is Tammy Lou's cousin. As a finale we finished with the possum pie. Delicious! A true Arkansas treat. We very enthusiastically recommend stopping at Tammy Lou's.

Home cooked, small town, local kind of cuisine. Great prices and daily specials come with a small salad and dessert! Everything from pinto beans and cabbage to chicken fried steak. Service is always great. Sweet and friendly. Awesome change from fast food and chain style restaurants.

Love the people that work there. It's like home from home. The food is awesome. Tastes something my grandma would make. Make sure you get the chocolate gravy with half biscuit. It's like a breakfast desert. The only bad thing is the place can get loud easily. They do warn you. It's because the area you are in. There's nothing to absorb the sound around the area. Trust me, it's NOT a deal breaker.
